ethosIQ introduces Social Media Analytics, a service that will analyze the myriad of conversations taking place on the web real time, and integrate the analysis with your existing contact centers. A social media server captures and analyzes all relevant social media interactions. Where applicable, an auto response can be invoked, or the information can be routed to the appropriate agent in your contact center.
