Scott Walker is a veteran high-tech executive with over 25 years’ experience. Scott has collaborated with numerous companies – to include GSA, Apple, Microsoft, Ticketmaster, Nike and many more. In 2009, Scott founded ethosIQ, a software company focusing on business intelligence and customer experience in real-time. Today, ethosIQ collects and correlates data for over 400,000 agents and end points across the globe, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.



Edward Batinga, CPA, is a native of Houston, Texas and attended Houston Baptist University where he graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a triple major in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration. Edward’s duties include the tracking of cash flow and financial planning, as well as analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses.



Shellie Plymale is an expert and proven leader with over 26 years in small and large-scale Customer Contact Center Operations & Technology design and integration of inbound and outbound voice communications; electronic communications such as email, chat, or text; written communications; and document management processes. Including extensive experience with strategic planning and implementation, integrated customer contact solutions, business controls, program and project management, vendor management, workforce management, process improvement, best practice consulting, measurement implementation, and training of customer contact operations processes for employees and leadership layers. Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified.


Human Resources

Maile Rumion is an expert in organizational development, as well as change implementation for international organizations. She is responsible for leading the HR team, including strategic planning, resource planning and talent acquisition. Maile is also responsible for all programs designed to support and enrich the employee experience at ethosIQ, including compensation, benefits, learning and development, employee relations, and community.

Jason Brandt is an experienced Senior Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the information services industry. Skilled in Intelligence Analysis, U.S. Department of Defense, Counterterrorism, Government, and Intelligence. Strong consulting professional. DLI graduate. Jason is responsible for leading, identifying, and implementing customer acquisition strategies that align with the Company’s stated vision and goals for the international opportunities.


Strategic Relations

Tracy Matheson is responsible for creating and maintaining the ethosIQ strategic partner program. As Director of Strategic Relations, she works on enhanced customer experiences, identifying opportunities for new alliances, implementing strategic initiatives to increase revenue and maintaining transparency within our Partner Network.
